![]() This error occurs when your computer does not realize which program is necessary to use the book file. Computer: book does not download to Adobe Digital Editions. Your browser should prompt you to open the book in the ereader app, confirm this. ![]() ![]() Each checked out book will have a download button, tap it. On your device, go to the Enki site () and log in with your Kansas Library eCard. Go to "My Downloads." This is your checkout history. On your device, go to the Freading site ( ) and login with your Kansas Library eCard. You do not need to worry about this if you just checked out the book but did not fully download. Note: if you fully downloaded the book into Adobe Digital Editions on your computer, the app MUST be using the same Adobe ID as your Adobe Digital Editions for this to work. Do not try to transfer the book from the computer to the mobile device. We recommend setting up the appropriate ereader app on your device, and downloading the book directly into that. Checked out a book on the computer, but wanted to use it on my tablet/smartphone instead.
